Venue information

What is your largest capacity for a daytime conference?

We can accommodate up to 120 people in our Foyle Centre, including space for catering. Foyle 2 can accommodate up to 200 but, due to its pillars, has restricted viewing. For 200 guests, there is no daytime option for catering.

What is your largest capacity for an evening reception?

Hired together, our Foyer, Atrium and Café can comfortably accommodate 650 guests.

What is your largest capacity for an evening dinner?

Used in conjunction with each other, our Foyer, Atrium and Café can seat up to 320.

What are your prices?

We have a variety of spaces to suit all budgets. Our spaces are designed to work in conjunction with each other, so please contact us at venuehire@nam.ac.uk to discuss your requirements and receive a bespoke quote.

Are all your event spaces accessible?

Yes, our building is fully accessible.

Do your event spaces have natural daylight?

All our event spaces offer natural daylight.

Do you have in-house catering?

Yes, our in-house caterer is Searcys. They offer catering for both daytime and evening events.

Do we have to use accredited catering, production, floral design and entertainment suppliers?

Yes, we have put together an approved list of suppliers for catering, production, floral design and entertainment. Each supplier has been taken through a detailed accreditation process, enabling us to monitor the quality of their work and protect the Museum and our collections. Only companies on our list are allowed to work on-site.

Can people get married at the National Army Museum?

Unfortunately, our event spaces are not licenced for marriages.

Do you offer WiFi?

Yes, free high-speed WiFi is available throughout our building.

Is there on-site parking?

By request, secure parking is available for up to five cars, subject to availability.
