Kids in Museums Takeover Day

Join us for storytelling, craft and rhyme-time inspired by animals of the First World War and devised by local primary school children.

Kids in Museums Takeover Day features a multitude of creative activities for the under-5s, their families and carers.

Inspired by the dogs, horses, camels, donkeys and pigeons that served during the First World War, the children have worked with poets, musicians and storytellers to devise the creative content for this event.

Activities will be on offer throughout the day.

The free workshops are available on a first come first served basis.
