Activity backpacks
Fun for all the family
Our backpacks contain activities for all the family to enjoy while exploring the Museum’s galleries together. Available on weekends and during school holidays, the backpacks are free to borrow from the Welcome Desk on a first come first served basis.
On a Mission
Suitable for ages 2-7
On a Mission backpacks help families learn more about the day-to-day life of a soldier. They each contain a soft toy, set of army uniforms and two activity packs.
A responsible adult must leave a form of ID in order to check out a backpack. Children must be supervised at all times.
Museum Film Crew
Suitable for ages 8+
Museum Film Crew backpacks contain everything your family needs to make your own Museum-inspired film. Each pack includes a Hollywood-style clapper board, director's hat and activity book.
