The Museum is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 10.00am to 5.30pm. Entry to all galleries and temporary exhibitions is free.

There are no public parking spaces at the Museum.
Bikes are not permitted inside the Museum or cloakroom. However, cycle hoops are situated in front of the building for visitors to secure bicycles using their own locks.
The Museum's cloakroom can be accessed via the Welcome Desk. Visitors may leave items including coats, small bags, umbrellas and folding pushchairs.
Bags/items of luggage larger than 45x30x45cm are not allowed on the National Army Museum premises for safety and security reasons.
The Museum has toilets on every floor, and disabled access toilets on the ground and lower ground floor. There is also a Changing Places facility on the ground floor. The toilets near the Café are unisex.
Baby change facilities are available on the ground and first floor and a baby feeding room is available in the Café.
There is lift access to every floor of the Museum, from two centrally located lifts. Stairs are also available.
Fixed seating is available throughout the galleries. There is a mix of seating with and without arm rests available in all public areas, including the Café and outdoor area.
All assistance dogs are welcome at the Museum.
