And the hours can be long, you know. There’s nowhere else to go! You’re there to work... three months, six months. It doesn’t matter. You’re not going to the cinema, you’re not going on a date. There’s nothing else to do but work, gym and eat and pretty much sleep.
But you can be called out a lot. So you’ll do a night shift, you’ll get to bed, 40 minutes later you’re back out. And that's just the way it is.
But people need to understand. There’s no agency staff. There’s no one else to call in. We are the staff. So you have to work together.
